2022 Summit Racing I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama is gear-head heaven

CHROME!...METAL FLAKE!...SUPER CHARGED!...RAD!...CUSTOM!...If words like this get your pulse to quicken then what the heck are you doing reading this article when you could be at the 2022 Summit Racing I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama now at the I-X CENTER in Cleveland, Ohio?

There are acres and acres of some of the finest examples of custom hot rods, motorcycles, antique boats, semi trucks, restorations, monster trucks and much much more. Even if you are not a gear head you will appreciate the amount of work that went into making all these cool shiny things. Along with the piston powered offerings there are swap meet tables loaded with all manner of parts designed to make your ride unique or more powerful.

Are you into toys? Thousands upon thousands of die cast cars are on sale from a variety of dealers. There is also a display of rare military vehicles as well as booths manned by members of the various armed services and VFW. Project Healing Waters is also on hand to sign up volunteers as well as participants. PHW is a national group of volunteers who teach fly rod building and fly tying to disabled veterans that culminates in a variety of fishing outings at some of the premier trout farms in the area.

Do you like Corvettes? I know, that is a rhetorical question since everyone loves Corvettes. The Cleveland Corvette Club has a huge display of cars. While you are there purchase a raffle ticket to win a brand new Corvette (‘63 Fisher Price Mini Vette) for your young child car enthusiast. Tickets are $2.00 each. There is also “Detailer’s Row” where you can watch professional pin stripers paint works of art by hand. It is a chance to see a lost art in action. In the motorcycle section you will see some of the wildest custom jobs ever to roll down the pike alongside antique bikes from a bygone era.
